We are Ilaria Berenice and Paolo Amoretti: two chefs, two artists, one vision.
We combine cuisine, art, and creativity to create personal, curated, and never-before-seen experiences.
Our cuisine is born from the intersection of tradition, seasonal ingredients, and creative intuition. Each experience is shaped by the people, the place, and the moment: from home cooking to itineraries dedicated to flavor and local produce.
Francesco Scaglia, known artistically as Paolo Amoretti, is a chef and artist with over thirty years of experience.
Trained in Genoa, he has worked in restaurants, pastry shops, and professional kitchens, developing a deep understanding of Italian tradition, with a particular focus on seafood and pastry.
Over the years, he has led teams, trained young chefs, and collaborated with diverse organizations, bringing technical precision, experience, and a strong creative edge to the kitchen.
Our story
Paolo Amoretti
Paolo has always combined cooking with teaching and research on local products. He has collaborated on training and gastronomic promotion projects, and some of his recipes and contributions have been published in specialized magazines.
Awarded in national and international competitions, he combines technique with an artistic sensibility that today also naturally enters into the Arte and Cuisine project.
Our story
Ilaria Berenice
Artist and chef, Ilaria Berenice brings the same sensitivity to her cooking as she does to painting: attention to color, texture, balance, and emotion.
Her relationship with cooking has developed through hospitality, catering, and years of experience working directly with guests, shaping a welcoming, intuitive, and personal style.
Her time abroad, particularly in Spain and Brazil, has enriched his language with diverse flavors, cultures, and combinations. Seasonal ingredients, vegetables, contrasts, and creative freedom thus become tools for creating a new experience each time.
Between art, travel, hospitality, and cuisine, Ilaria brings creativity, lightheartedness, and a deeply personal perspective to the table.
